Review and signing of all new and revised grants, agreements, and contracts, up to any dollar amount, as delegated by the Board of Directors. Oversight of the drafting of contracts and subgrants to partner organizations of any dollar amount, as well as review and analysis of spending, reporting, and issues that arose during implementation of these issue contracts and subgrants. Preparation of custom reports and budget documents for use by a variety of internal and external stakeholders constituted a large part of this job.

Making decisions on best approaches to mitigate risk of monetary loss many times each day in a fast-paced, high-pressure operations environment defined this position.
