Troy Gregory is the President & CEO of Hunt Electric, Inc. He approaches his role with a long-term vision of the company and the industry that gives him a clear picture of potential opportunities and challenges years into the future. In the 12 years, Troy served as President, his focus was leading the company in keeping pace with its tremendous growth. Troy’s ability to identify business needs and find the best people to fill them has helped him build a strong executive team of empowered decision-makers who work independently to manage and sustain business expansion. Troy also increased Hunt’s ability to scale growth by standardizing processes, utilizing analytics, and creating systems that give decision-making guidance. Troy’s talent for quickly recognizing a person’s potential, sometimes before they recognize it themselves, and giving them opportunities to develop and grow into a leadership role helps him cultivate high-performance leaders and teams. Troy develops potential leaders by earning their trust, focusing on their strengths, and patiently coaching and mentoring them to provide the experience they need to move to the next level. Troy’s knowledge of the company and the industry comes from the ground up. He began his career as an apprentice electrician, working his way up to Journeyman and eventually a Superintendent. Troy started at Hunt Electric as a Junior Project Manager and spent eight years growing and gaining experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and VP of Construction. His love of challenges and passion for personal growth keep him involved in activities such as mountain biking, backpacking, hunting, fishing, and CrossFit. Troy and his wife Kelly are the parents of five children. They are an active family who works hard and plays hard at home and outdoors.
