In addition to streamlining the transition of 5 hospitals across NSW and ACT, I was instrumental in the design, build and management of multiple specialist veterinary hospitals incorporating advanced MRI and CT diagnostic imaging suites as well as project managing the design and build of 4 new facilities, including the new dedicated ICU for ARH Homebush. I also increased the Homebush Hospital’s multi-million-dollar revenue by growing the range of services provided, recruiting additional Specialists and support staff, upgrading new CT equipment, and expanding the marketing strategy to recruit additional referral partners.
