As per previous positions held with both Reman and PDI departments however now taking on additional responsibilities for overall management of all production within the Wacol facility encompassing both PDI & Reman operations.Working closely with our service departments and regional branches to align production requirements with their customers specific needs and delivery requirements. Managing L&C requirements to align with forecasts to drive DIFOT achievement.Utilising continuous improvement tools and initiatives combined with a proactive safety culture to guide our highly skilled and quality driven teams to supply quality new equipment machinery and remanufactured components on time, under budget and to the highest quality standards.

Production Manager for the Reman East department within Komatsu. The Primary function of my role is to manage the production of our remanufactured components used to service our large range of machinery in the mining and construction industries. Key requirements of this role are to deliver products on time, under budget and to the quality expected of an OEM manufacturer.Utilising KWAY and continuous improvement philosophy to train and assist our team to enable them the tools and capability to streamline production processes, implement quality improvements and develop a proactive safety culture.

During fulfilment of this role I was responsible for the delivery of all new Komatsu equipment across the utility, construction and mining product ranges. Servicing a diverse customer base from owner/operator to multi national mining and construction customers supplying deliveries on time, under budget and to the highest quality underpinned by a strong safety culture.
