I was promoted to maintenance supervisor in North Liberty to help lead the plant to positive results in the aluminum extrusion industry. I currently manage 10 maintenance employees on day to day operations and preventative maintenance duties. I am working with the team to develope a better understanding of genesis, 5s standards and better safety standards. We work daily in accessing equipment dependability and better performance to meet the company goals.

I was hired into Sapa as a Maintenance fabricator at the Elkhart facility. I currently help the plant with safety and Genesis programs by fabricating and building better guarding for machinery and tools for employees to use when handling hot and heavy material. I also help the maintenance crew with day to day issues including machine maintenance and trouble shooting of electrical and hydraulic equipment. I recently developed a better tool for lifting hot and heavy aluminum billets that is currently being rolled out to plants across North America.

I was a union Millwright for local 1076. I traveled through out Indiana and Michigan working at different plants helping them install new machinery and production lines with people from different locals.Job roles included torching and welding (Mig, Tig and Stick), fabrication, alignment and day to day maintenance of the machinery.

CVS Pharmacy Mishawaka, InHired into the company as a Co-Manager to learn the company's business model standards and execution. Recently promoted to Store Manager in a Life Store. Evaluated team perspective on the store execution of operational standards.
