• Lead analyst for the California Department of Healthcare Services project 274 which included the collation and maintenance of all related data• Identified a multi-million-dollar anomaly for Long Term Care reporting and was subsequently responsible for the project management, data analysis, and resolution of said issue• Developed and reviewed departmental business system requirements and business systems design documents, customer acceptance test plans, and post-implementation plans. Included review and audit of deliverables produced by other team members• Responsible for the monthly data collection for Medicare membership and the subsequent reporting to upper management• Served as a liaison with vendors addressing data and technology related issues, ensuring that data was submitted properly through the correct channels in the correct formats needed• Assisted other team members in additional data collection and PowerPoint projects as needed
