Responsible for All IT Voice and Data Services, with responsibility for supervising, planning, directing and coordinating IT voice and data communication activities. Develop protocols and procedures for use of new technologies, performs project management duties, and develops short/long term plans related to communications and sharing aspects of OIS's IT program. Manages strategic relationships with key IT product and services providers. Provides strategic direction for the IT infrastructure function on an enterprise level. Assesses the relative impact of IT industry trends to current and future enterprise infrastructure needs and projects. Interfaces with business unit executives and other IT functional area executives to define infrastructure support initiatives and solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness.Leads the development of infrastructure strategy, architecture, service delivery standards and procedures for the enterprise. Analyzes and predicts trends and develops long-range plan designed to maintain cost effectiveness and competitiveness of the USCP's IT infrastructure.Participates in IT strategy planning activities, bringing a current knowledge and future vision of infrastructure technology and systems and best practices (e.g., ITIL). Proactively researches and recommends courses of action to prevent problems and to maintain high infrastructure service levels for the user community.Establishes metrics, key performance indicators and service level agreements for driving the performance of IT service delivery. Responsible for the IT service delivery management of databases, servers, storage, email, directory and other technology platforms shared across the enterprise.

Serves as the Server Team Supervisor, Infrastructure Management Branch (IMB), Information Technology Division (ITD, United States Marshals Service (USMS). Administer the full range of information technology (IT) and administrative management functions. Is responsible for engineering enterprise solutions that provide optimal IT data integrity and accessibility that ensures program quality, reliability, and IT systems availability. I use industry and government best practices to integrate business and technical solutions across the IT enterprise. In this capacity, I provide senior level direction in planning, implementing and evaluating long-range IT activities supporting the USMS strategic business plans and cross-functional business solutions. I conducts extensive evaluations of program and project goals, making adjustments as necessary to ensure that the Agency adapts smoothly to the rapidly changing IT environment.
