I have been working in the customer service field since the age of 16. I was in retail sales for over 12 years, selling electronic devices to consumer and business accounts. I've been in B2B sales over 4 years now. I've achieved top sales honors on an individual level and team level. I am passionate about sales, it's what I love doing. The psychology of the sale is very interesting to me and I'm always working on improving my craft.
