About Troy Moffatt

My career has spanned from a broad spectrum of business functions primarily guiding a dynamic team in all aspects of customer care, credit operations, process improvement and quality initiatives to drive profitability. I am currently an Executive of Operations overseeing portfolio strategy for North Americas largest BPO’s & credit lenders in the financial, government, utility and retail sectors. I am a passionate entrepreneurial, with a driven focus in reinventing strategy with precise execution on operational efficiency and cost reduction. In this role my demonstrated ability to negotiate with vendor and client contracts supports real business value. Throughout my 29 year career I have devoted my time in developing leaders with a proven track record of success creating great corporate culture, maximizing team potential. I have received some awards/accolades here and there throughout my career associated to strategic innovation. I've also been a keynote speaker @ York University (Toronto), People Leadership, Executive Education Programs.I am proud to give of my time in support to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada https://www.llscanada.org.
