I am beyond excited to announce that I have taken the role as Field Operation Manager. I get the privilege to work with a great team of Senior Mamagement, corresponding Managers, Coordinators and most importantly the Drivers that make the company what it is. They are truly amazing. They know every road, customer and hole on their delivers. It will be a steep but amazing learning curve. One that I look forward to and make this the company I retire with. Can’t say enough about how amazing all the people are. I am fortunate enough to have a large market. From Lake Louis to Lethbridge, Brooks, Calgary and ever where in between.

As the primary point of contact for new customers, I am responsible for:- Uncovering each company's unique requirements via an introductory meeting. The participants of these discovery sessions vary from field personnel to executive management.- Collecting required data from customers and transforming it for upload to SafetyHQ. Requires advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other tools.- Building customer-specific forms using SafetyHQ internal tools. Taking paper and converting them to true electronic versions is an art as much as a science.- Facilitate meetings throughout the deployment process, track milestones, and report on progress- Conduct onsite training with field personnel to ensure they are comfortable using the app and monitor their progress afterward to ensure success.
