Liquidated an estate consisting of two properties, one residential and one run down commercial property. Worked with trustee to develop appropriate course of action for derelict commercial property. Phase one consisted of gaining safe access, remediation, and assessment. This included removing one squatter, three watercraft, an RV, 103 tones of debris, and three tons of hazardous waste. I conducted soil sampling analysis for contamination. Reviewed structural integrity of building and foundation with general contractor for remediation and repair estimates. At this point the trustee made the decision to sell the property as is. I acted as the broker, facilitating and coordinating the sale.
