Accumulating 20 years experience in various manufacturing, warehouse, quality and safety environments I have had the pleasure of working with major companies Perfection Fresh, Flavour Creations, PMFresh, and now Primo Foods.My key leadership qualities are people skills with the ability to motivate others and communicate well with all levels of staff and management, whilst my key personal attributes are accepting and taking responsibility, time management and problem solving.After receiving opportunities for my own education as well as personal and professional development, I now enjoy passing on that knowledge to others and seeing them grow gives me my greatest satisfaction in the workplace.
