Manage multiple teams of BSA and ASA for application support, data analytics and Real Time Location Services

• Oversee daily activities for four teams: Invision Patient Management Team, Invision/Crystal Reports Team, Operational Data Store Team and Invision Main Frame Operations Team. Coordinate institutional projects across teams work stream. Participate in cross-functional committees for institutional initiatives such as Mandatory Reporting of the Clinical Trial Number for CMS, Patient Safety Committee and Patient Business Services Task Force. Oversee major enhancements for the Revenue Enhancement institutional program. Implement processes within the institution to support the revenue cycle process. Partner with outside facilities to develop and implement new forms of revenue opportunities. Implement new procedures and processes across the patient management teams to increase the authorization work stream resulting in increased revenue and decreased denials. Coordinate staffing for 19 direct reports. Design and develop a transition process for employees to migrate to the new EHR project through education, professional development and strong leadership support for change. Coordinated on-boarding/off-boarding of contract services for back-fill during the EPIC transition. Work closely with contract services to reconcile expenses and monthly invoices for appropriate payment. Negotiate appropriate levels of service with contract vendors. Participated in fiscal year budget formulation. Performed many managerial duties such as annual evaluations, employee improvement plans, creation of position/job descriptions, performed employee corrective actions and released employees as needed.

• Oversee and manage the project managers and business analysts responsible for operational and capital IT projects. Implementation of new software products, such as ProVation, that are designed to increase revenue while providing the service providers a superior product. Manage the Clinical Applications and Support Team responsible for 17 unique applications. Coordinate and manage all Clinical Applications software and hardware upgrades, contract management as well as customer enhancement requests. Responsible for performance management, annual evaluations, project budget management, managing team to implement new systems and upgrade existing systems to the planned schedule, scope, and quality guidelines. Responsible for software contract review, renewal and negotiation. Manage the RTLS – Real Time Location Services team responsible for asset management and tracking for 6000+ environmental and asset devices.
