Key achievement was process improvement and control through leadership role in the Implementation of a new operating system and financial system (Oracle).The role involved management of a team comprising 8 staff.

I had financial responsibility for the largest division in the company - the Australasian business of Adsteam with turnover of $250m, EBITDA $70m, Capital Employed $300m. In this role I was the financial leader and business partner to the Australasia leadership team in providing financial insight, business performance reporting as well as driving business growth in alignment with business plans and strategic objectives. Adtseam was then subject to a take-over by Svitzer, which is the marine towage division of the global Maersk Group. I led a team of 12 finance professionals with responsibilities including management and financial reporting, forecasting, financial analysis, payroll, accounts payable/receivable and payroll .
