Perform daily quality responsibilities in a manner that ensures compliance with all applicable FDA and DEA guidelines, cGMPs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Company policies and procedures.Perform job functions in accordance with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), federal and state laws, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines, health authority regulations, and departmental processes.Sample and test product for Process Validations and Product Development batches according to Validation Protocols.Sample powder and bead product according to required specifications.Perform product physical testing.Track, monitor, and swab equipment required for the cleaning validation program.Prepare vials and worksheets for product sampling and swabbing.Coordinate and prioritize daily schedules and functions while collaborating between shifts and with other departments.Assist with technical service to Production and Quality Assurance (QA) groups.Calibrate laboratory equipment in addition to maintaining inventory of equipment and product in the QA Laboratory.Clean and store sample thieves properly as well as maintaining a clean and orderly lab.Perform other duties as assigned.
