Provided supervision of the fabrication and installation of all ISBL, LNG piping systems in trains and primarily within compressor and turbines structure. Assuring quality and safety kept to high standards for skilled craft crews in excess of 70 workers. Liaising and coordinating with engineering and management of all disciplines to ascertain critical path schedules are followed and adhered to. Coordination of craneage/scaffolding, material handling and quality assurance to meet predetermined timelines and budgets whilst maintaining safety across the site.

Responsible for daily duties including health and wellbeing of multiple office staff and extensive trades crews, efficient project progression, continuity and client assurance of scheduled scope of activities. ECPM and client interaction, progression and planning, contractural assurance relating to site safety, operational interactivity and non disturbance of production rosters. Operating in Brownfield site conditions, working directly within the production floor activities.Project completion within time, ahead of budget attracted completion bonus for company.

Employed by GASCO 2008/09 Cadbury HP steam system Quoted and project managed on site fabrication and installation of the main steam pipeline for Cadburys’ new confectionary plant and cooking ovens. With a suspended 8-12” pipeline spanning over 500 meters from the main boiler and over 1000m of internal small bore piping. Coordinating the connection of up to 39 separate cooking rooms including all valve trains; in line steam traps and condensate return lines. Given award for best conducted contractor of the project.
