•Work directly with multiple carriers who have appointed ICS Merrill as their SIU staff.•Review all files referred over by certain carriers in detail and develop the plan of action prior to the file being assigned to the territorial Investigator.•Conduct SIU Investigations in all lines of insurance fraud including Auto, Homeowners, Workers Compensation, as well as multiple commercial lines.•Responsible for referring all state fraud referrals to the Division of Insurance Fraud and for coordinating the investigation between the carriers and Fraud Division.•Conducted EUO training with additional staff investigators including having them attend multiple examinations completed by myself.•Work directly with client adjuster and client managers to develop and initiate proper investigative plans of action.

Investigate all lines of insurance fraud for a commercial insurance carrier.Specialize in Worker’s Compensation premium, commercial property and claimant injury fraud.Conduct in-depth insurance fraud investigations using all available resources.Work directly with adjusters, State fraud investigators, counsel, and surveillance companies to develop cases and push them to conclusion. Work directly with adjusters to assist in vendor management and expectations. Adjusters are assisted with surveillance vendors, field adjusters, etc.Conduct detailed interviews and field investigative work for questionable claims.
