Developed utility project baselines pursuant to the design of municipal water, stormwater and sanitary sewer system improvements for consulting engineering firms. Reduced surveyor field notes using coordinate geometry software to prepare horizontal and vertical control requisite to calculating hydraulic profiles, gravity sewer grades, stormwater collection and control parameters, horizontal and vertical curve roadway specifications and accompanying borrow/fill earthwork quantities.
