I am a Partner of McCullough Robertson Lawyers and hold the positions of Team Leader, Planning & Environment and Head, Local Government Industry Group. I have previously held the position of President of the Queensland Environmental Law Association (QELA).I have a specialty in all aspects of planning and environment law, including appeals, enforcement proceedings, advisory, due diligence and preparing and negotiating infrastructure agreements. I also specialise in assisting local governments across Queensland in all matters associated with the complex regulatory framework relating to this sector, including governance, rating and procurement. I have assisted Councils and Councillors in navigating the complicated conflict of interest regime. I hold dual Bachelor degrees in law and commerce and a Masters degree in law. I have completed the Leadership Program at the Melbourne Business School. In 2023 I received the Best Lawyers award for 'Lawyer of the Year - Land Use and Zoning Law, Brisbane', and in 2024 the Queensland Law Society recognised my 25 years of membership and service.
