Directed Mexico and Alliance PDCs, North America Consignment Hubs, and an eCommerce Hub at the Alliance PDC in Texas. Managed PDC financials (cost centers) for Mexico and Alliance PDC operations as well as the consignment hubs. Supervised 3PLs (Third-Party Logistics Provider) running operations. Partnered with 3PLs solving daily operational issues related to picking/packing/shipping and transportation issues, ensuring product shipments to customers. Led 3PL headcount and process optimization issues to ensure consistency among the global distribution network.Oversaw specific metrics (KPIs) used to measure and monitor 3PL performance daily/monthly. Designed new PDC and determined the optimal logistics location due to transportation uplift availability options for the company and customers. Collaborated with chosen 3PL to choose specific warehouse and multi-level operation option to fit the available footprint. Coordinated start-up and ramp-up of new PDC and later hired PDC manager to manage operation locally. Implemented newly designed MX PDC.➤ Saved Millions of dollars yoy in freight, customs and duty charges for crossing MX-US border and improved product availability for global customers due to reduced transit time and minimized risks.➤ Transformed the Alliance PDC into an eCommerce hub while shrinking the warehouse footprint 50% (for cost reasons) and maintaining high reliability (HIREL) business. ➤ Collaborated with 3PL reducing warehouse footprint (wrecked out and relocated bulk racks, and removed previous conveyor and carousel racks) while making arrangements to install a dense storage system (AutoStore) to house eCommerce and HIREL parts. ➤ Partnered with the transportation team to improve carrier/forwarder pick-up times to maximize eCommerce order output each day. ➤ Reduced eCommerce order cycle times by 40% in one year due to process and layout optimizations. The eCommerce hub provides millions of dollars of revenue each year.

Managed and optimized global logistics supply chain processes. Led and executed critical priorities for the global logistics organization. Optimized inbound raw material processes and products moving from front-end (Wafer Fabs) to back-end operations (Assembly Test), from back-end operations to PDCs, and finally from global PDCs to customers through shipping. This was accomplished by studying Incoterms, freight costs, consolidation efforts, and cross-dock functionality. Directed PDC expansion projects to support growth while keeping the finished goods in the country of manufacture to reduce transportation costs. Created and implemented process tools to support global PDCs. Supervised cross-functional team (TI Business Unit along with logistics personnel) to create business continuity plan (BCP). Managed MX PDC analytics and warehouse location and design to optimize costs and improve inventory positioning for customer orders. Teamed with Philippines PDC expansion project as company Logistics Rep in facilities construction team design for new PDC in Clark, Philippines.Enabled free IC samples and EVMs to support EU customers while avoiding VAT charges to support Russia customers. Co-led cross-functional order fulfillment team with logistics and business unit members to design and implement business continuity plan (BCP) for global PDCs in support of customer needs. Collaborated with finance to design and implement global inventory accuracy process SOP. The process was rolled out to all global PDCs for active monthly dashboard and metrics monitoring.➤ Created, designed and implemented first Asia Sample Hub located in Singapore and operated by 3PL to support early eCommerce activities.➤ Teamed with Global Transportation to create first "Carrier Reference Table" to be used by all global PDCs, ensuring correct carrier (TI or Customer) used for each "SHIP TO" customer, and aided with deploying new TI FCA Incoterms to many global customers, including distributors.

Created and implemented new supplier/technology development processes. Managed new supplier/technology development processes by working with the Advanced Packaging Team to choose the right suppliers with the proper quality systems and capability (using supplier audit info from previous role) to minimize supplier quality excursions affecting customers.

Oversaw WW Virtual Teams to impact TI’s WW supply chain. Managed and developed quality processes for Worldwide Procurement & Logistics suppliers (including all commodity teams and Logistics Service Providers). Led external customer interface regarding WW supplier management and development activities. Directed WW supplier audits (ISO/TS16949:2002) supporting worldwide procurement and logistics supplier quality initiatives across the global supply base.

Managed the fab internal audit team while achieving QS9000 certification. Led process control and incoming quality control sections of the Wafer Fab Quality Organization. Directed chemical/gas cost reduction activities for the Wafer Fab.

Supervised facilities operations (24x7) and engineering team responsible for all infrastructure processes supporting 200mm Wafer Fab. Awarded Worldwide Services Quality Award for Excellence. Awarded Member, Group Technical Staff.

Designed and implemented several large DI water plant improvement projects. Awarded TI Sherman Technical Excellence Award.

Directed three reverse osmosis desalination plants on Saint Maarten. Managed Caribbean operations responsible for engineering support, production assistance, preventive maintenance, and research and development activities focused on plant optimization.

Led 24 x 7 operations team. Maintained 400 gpm DIW plant, 3400 T of chiller capacity, hot water boilers, vacuum equipment, and other “cleanroom” equipment supporting TI Sherman Wafer Fab (SFAB).
