Technology Integration/Architecture• Serve as primary contact for marketing automation platforms, overseeing system configurations, integrations and troubleshooting.• Integrate various marketing technologies to streamline automated marketing processes and improve efficiency.Website Management• Collaborates with web developer to design and build engaging public facing websites and microsites to support communication efforts and campaign tracking. • Ensure optimal UI/UX to enhance accessibility, user satisfaction and retention. • Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates. Implement best practices to improve website visibility and drive traffic. Campaign Management• Plan and execute technical aspects of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Configure and set up tools to support campaign workflows, lead nurturing processes and reporting requirements.• Monitor campaign performance to optimize performance and improve results.• Collaborate with partners to calculate and analyze campaign ROI to evaluate overall impact.Analysis and Insights:• Execute, manage and monitor results of email campaigns, and provide recommendations to improve success.• Manage digital analytics to develop a deep understanding of user behaviors to support development of prescriptive banking.
