• Managing Procurement Processes• Forwarding of RFQ’s to Suppliers (minimum 3)• Complete a Bid Analysis upon receipt of offers to determine best price/offer.• Prepared RFP’s, Tenders and Purchase Orders• Working in preparing and executing Contract Supply Agreements• Developed a Preferred Vendors List, this streamlining the amounts of vendors we use and also creates cost savings due to a closer business relationships.• Raising of Purchase Orders through JOBPAC.
