Responsible for all phases of the subcontractor recruitment process and managing the master subcontractor list. While recruiting new subcontractors into the organization, my role includes attending BIA functions, conducting trade show presentations and active recruiting through off site meetings. Additional responsibilities include determining the subcontractors strengths and abilities to meet or exceed production needs for large scale multifamily projects.

My responsibilities encompass all aspects of leading the construction and land team for acquisitions, working with the finance team on budgets and feasibility.

My role is to supervise all building projects and coordinate the construction team members on their project from inception to completion. My responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling and working with the sub-contractors for each project. In addition, I will be working with senior management on feasibility, improving the communication and tracking of each site all other aspects of the building cycle.

At Warmington, I was hired to work with the project management, purchasing and sales departments to ensure that the homes are built according to plan and each buyer specifications. My main focus was to work with the building team to ensure that the Canopy models were opened on time at Sendero.

My role is to work within a team supervising and scheduling the building of single family homes near Lake Sammamish. As Field Manager, my goal was to complete all homes to the specifications of the building, home buyer optional and upgraded items and to coordinate those changes from the design and sales team to the sub-contractors. In addition, I managed the building schedule and inspections for each home under my supervision.

As the Owner/Principal, I was responsible for all client interface on their project from inception to completion. My responsibility included all budgeting and proposals, expert opinion and assisting in the design of each project, scheduling and supervision of any sub-contractors that work at the job site. The goal was that each client was delighted with their improvement and nearly 90% of all new jobs were based on referrals of past clients, so ensuring customers were more than satisfied was vital to our business.In 2014, my family relocated to Issaquah, Washington and I designed and supervised a “to the studs” remodel of our 1989 ranch home. The improvement resulted in a $537k increase in value when the home sold 22 months later.

Oversight of all necessary documentation to assist the building division to include neccesary permits, HOA documents, legal compliance and project approvals. In addition, I interfaced with existing homeowners and community members to mitigate any issues they may have with the upcoming construction. I also sat on some HOA boards as the builder's representative
