Navigated 3 superintendent changes and elevator delays to deliver smooth hotel opening with minimal issues; earned recognition from city officials. ► Built and opened $10M Extended Stay of America Hotel in Madison, AL in June 2023 with $160K left in the contingency allowance.

Directed construction for USD 385 -Andover School District, overseeing $188M bond issue project spanning 4 years. Project consisted of additions/remodels to 5 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, 1 high school, miscellaneous district buildings and sporting facilities. Completed maintenance replacements for 7 school roofs, HVAC RTU, boiler / chiller, and digital control upgrades. Collaborated with construction attorney on $162M CMAR AIA Contract. Offered alternative solutions to district staff and CMAR for minimizing long-term grounds and building maintenance costs.► Despite initial nonresponsiveness from pipeline staff, collaborated with program manager to secure $880K pricing contract and relocate 8” gas line situated under footprint of new high school.► Collaborated with Army Corps of Engineers to expedite wetlands mitigation process and construction of new football stadium complex after 12-month project halt during dirt work phase.► Negotiated with Director of Public Works and Community Development on Site Planning to reduce civil improvement costs and address site-specific concerns.
