Notable Achievements;Cross-functional Operations:• Oversee Finance, Accounting, HR & IT cross-functional team operations for 21 employees responsible for driving $400M+ in ARR; develop & evangelize our mission, vision & values• Create, manage & analyze end-to-end financial & operational capabilities from project quotes to materials procurement to job site costs, sales & reports to catalyze growth• Partner with CEO & C-suite peers to build & scale infrastructure that supports profitabilityFinancial Oversight; Structure, Management, Analysis, Joint Ventures:• Direct financial planning, forecasting & modeling to support 3-year financial projections• Partner with IT Director to design, launch & manage new financial system to automate KPI tracking• Negotiate Joint Venture contracts; total of 8 JV's with 3 different ContractorsHuman Resources:• Oversee HR functions; hiring, interviewing, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits administration, employee handbooks, DEI, performance management policies for 350+ employees• Lead team to create DEI program that promotes an inclusive culture• Partner with Director of HR to implement HR programs focused on accountability & engagement (Top Workplace rankings in Colorado each year since 2016)Risk Management• Performing research to move key lines of insurance to Captive, which is forecasted to realize 20-30% annual return (in dividends)IT Management:• Reimagined Business Integration Department; oversaw ERP-level systems integration• Managed Services & Help Desk, which saves $150K annually • Shifted focus from IT to Business Integration
