My leadership focuses on finance, accounting, P&L, HR, IT, audits & taxes, budgets, bonding, treasury management, and financial partners representing 350+ employees. I have provided the foundational support to accelerate Haselden's growth from $140M to $450M in ARR during my tenure.As comfortable in the field as is in the boardroom, I understand that empathetic leadership and strong values produce extraordinary team results. With this, I challenge conventional perspectives while maintaining a focus on core strategies, so both the company and talented employees feel inspired, engaged, and motivated to propel continued company growth.In one of my proudest achievements outside of work; I activated my entrepreneurial spirit to partner with 5 other parents as Founders of the Aspen View Academy: a tuition-free Pre-K charter school in Castle Rock, Colorado focused on caring for students as whole persons by cultivating their hearts, minds, skills, and habits for long term success. I proudly served as Treasurer from 2011 - 2021, and now serve as the Board President. Aspen View Academy is home to 950+ full-time students.I strive to live my life with integrity, faith, and fun in everything I do. A committed husband and father, I love seeing the true joy in my kids, as we create memories exploring the outdoors, skiing in the winter, and camping in the summer.
