I have been a part of Canada’s leading commercial real estate financing team for the past 19 years, and have personally originated over $6B in commercial mortgage transactions in my career.First National Financial is Canada's largest non-bank lender, originating, underwriting and servicing both residential and commercial mortgages. As the number one lender of CMHC commercial mortgages, First National currently has more than $150 billion in mortgages under administration.I was fortunate to have the opportunity to establish First National’s Western Canadian office in 2005, and subsequently growing it to a team of six individuals with several billion dollars in originations. Over the past decade, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise, defining what it means to sell service – being responsible, prompt, curious and knowledgeable.
