Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

In this role, I oversaw the entire environmental, health and safety program for the South St. Paul district including the management of a Title V Air Permit, Stormwater permit, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure program and SIU Industrial Discharge Permit. I conducted all required and optional training for employees, performed internal audits of the facility, prepared reports and data for upper management and tracked performance using KPI's.

I served as the EHS consultant for 28 different clients in many different industries across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, I assisted in the development of a successful EHS program by first auditing a facility and developing safety and environmental programs and training specific to their needs and requirements. I also conducted regular safety audits of the facility to evaluate their progress as well as conducted the required trainings for the programs we developed.
