Better ATM Services provides technology to enable existing banking or retail ATMs to dispense prepaid cards (e.g. gift cards) with a retrofit kit and software modification that allows a consumer to purchase a variable amount card that is activated at the time of purchase.Responsible for leading operational activities that include R&D, Business Strategic Development Projects, Product Implementation & Support, Software Development, Key Partner Relationships with ATM Manufacturers, ATM Processors, Prepaid Card Processors, Prepaid Card Manufacturers, Consultant Support Teams, and General Operational Support.

Responsible for the management and delivery of professional services to companies within the technology, airline, consumer markets, health care, and financial services industries. Key services included: risk management, technology consulting, process analysis and improvement, internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley assistance, real-time implementation assessments, and SAS70/SSAE 16 assessments. Responsibilities included overall client relationship development, internal relationship building, project scoping and budgeting, resource identification, project delivery and presentation. In addition to service delivery, teamed with other professionals to achieve business development and go-to-market goals.

As a System Administrator and a Developer I was responsible to configure, install, maintain, and manage Windows servers and employee computers, perform system upgrades to enhance server capacity or performance, install hardware upgrades, software upgrades, patches, service packs, etc, maintain systems to operate 7x24 with high availability, proactively monitor and maintain servers, troubleshoot and resolve system problems, and complete and close assigned trouble tickets and work orders to meet established service levels. In addition, I was responsible for designing, developing, testing and implementing a custom application used to support the sales staff hiring process.
