Responsible for the ministry’s fundraising, development, communications and new technology programs. Increased revenues 300% from $7.5M to over $21M per year empowering the ministry to reach hundreds of millions of people with the Word of God in their own language. Most notably 50M+ installs of the Bible.is mobile app through a one-of-a-kind publishing platform housing 1800+ languages touching 600 million+ listeners in 240 countries. Responsible for major donor initiatives including churches, major denominations and leading an amazing donor development team. Together we developed and implement fundraising systems for new name acquisitions, follow-up programs, and major gift cultivation by practicing moves management philosophy etc. We developed and deployed digital donor strategies as well including e-communications, in-app messaging, social media messaging, web app push notifications, SMS, RSS, Smart TV promotion, Internet Radio, Satellite and POTS just to name a few. Lastly, we employed a communications team that produced and reported on individual proposals for foundations, major donors, planned gifts and matching grants.

We used business intelligence, event and mobile technology to drive new customers to our primary CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier). Responsible for P/L, strategic planning, national marketing campaigns, call center operations, field rep operations, software engineering teams, new business consulting, and acquisitions. Managed the organization through the bursting of the dot com bubble and the high security impact of 9/11.

Served on the merger and acquisition team as a consultant and marketing analyst and I was personally responsible for the company's first $1M round of equity investment prior to its IPO. Subsequently served on the company's Board of directors and was instrumental in orchestrating its initial public offering in 2000. Cognigen, a NASDAQ company that generated $50 million in gross sales through its vast network of internet marketing websites and telecom agencies. Increased the company’s gross margin by 400% in less than 36 months. Cognigen was the first online company to use self-replicating webpage technology as a means to acquire new customers. We were also the first reseller agency to integrate directly to switches at each newly formed "Baby Bell" shortly after the breakup of AT&T. We were doing SEO/SEM before those terms were ever coined. Managed all the product offerings and sales strategies growing Cognigen's customer base to 600,000+ monthly subscribers in 36 months. Coordinated all marketing communications including TV, radio, event advertising, trade shows and national marketing events. I was Cognigen's PR spokesman and I was responsible for all regional and national training events.

Designed, launched and conducted training programs and seminars to expand the company’s market share. Instrumental in developing, maintaining, and motivating a national organization of independent agents. Developed advertising and PR campaigns using print media, trade show presentations, press interviews, brochures, videotapes, audiotapes, and direct mail services. Orchestrated major PR events such as a presentation to the National Governors Conference in Washington DC and multiple national conferences. Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing corporate affinity programs for membership organizations of 250,000 to 1.5 million. Managed relationship with clients from initial proposal to final presentation to membership. Built program revenues from 0 to $2M the first year.

Responsible for spiritual leadership in the church through preaching, teaching, discipleship, evangelism, ministry, and counseling. Responsible for administering the ordinances of baptism and holy communion. Officiating wedding and funeral services, conducting hospital ministry visits, as well as major evangelistic outreach and events. Responsible for the churches missions department with an emphasis on Scripture distribution in China, evangelism and pastoral training in the former Soviet Union, humanitarian outreach in the church's focus countries. Developed and launched a Pastor’s daily radio program called “Grace Talk” and managed all community outreach and benevolence ministry.
