I am currently a resolution specialist assisting associates when they have a customer who needs further assistance that the associate may not be able to assist them with. I listen to my customers, empathize, find out exactly what caused them to get behind and then we work together to find a solution. I take great satisfaction when, by the end of the call, we have set up a plan and the customer is so grateful to no longer have to stress about their current situation and can focus on other issues. I am also working on a program called Alps with the company to develop my skills further in leadership. I graduated 2015 as participant of the year from the Compass program and was very excited to be accepted into the Alps program.

I started off with the company as a customer service representative assisting customers in making purchases of products, accepted donations and tithes and followed scripted prayers to pray with the callers. After about 6 months I was promoted to Team Lead. As Team Lead I was tasked with taking escalated calls, filled out reports to be turned in daily, scheduled the shifts and breaks for my team and monitored the call representatives in their calls. The company, shortly after I was promoted,went through layoffs I was let go.

My job was to take incoming calls from a large customer base across the USA. I assisted customers in making changes to their accounts, walking them through fixing their systems and if unable to fix their issues over the phone, I would schedule a site technician to go to their home to fix the issue.
