(15 VP direct 2006 – 2013) Challenged to assess barriers to success and detect reasons behind failures after CITI acquired a Securities and Fund Services business 24 months prior with technology integrations stumbling and costs rising. Performed a detailed business and technology analysis combined with reviewing compliance and risk to CITI, authoring a stakeholder management plan with LOB and global development leaders backed by a proactive 18-month integration strategy to expedite the acquisition and integrate all technology. Accomplished the demanding mandate migrating servers and applications and 3 major LOBs, passing consistent audits and assessments. Devised a global technology program to centralize technology, optimize resources, cut costs and risks across 7 regional locations in Europe, Caribbean, Canada, and US. Planned and executed a massive 18-month technology consolidation and improvement program combining 7 technology rooms into 2 primary locations in Canada and US  Hired and led a technology team to create a low cost technical CoE for the SFS back office with disaster recovery capabilities, and a seamless technology solution to allow for multi-time zone back office processing. Established a 3,500-seat offshore facility with full infrastructure and application connectivity to SFS sites in Canada and US supported by a scalable Citrix and VMWARE infrastructure. Formulated and led an aggressive, multifaceted project to integrate a Securities and Fund Services back office and middle office function to the CITI Business Process Outsourcing LOB Piloted the build of a 12,000 sq. ft. facility integrating staff, applications and infrastructure to deliver on time and in compliance with CITI standards to realize full revenue stream in 9 months. Managed and lead the Unisen integration across all LOB to meet CITI’s internal audit and regulatory commissions.
