I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in May 2015. My degree is in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Set aside my love for business in how to operate successfully and creating a brand, over the years I have developed a vehemence for the law. For this reason, I am pursuing a JD/MBA in order to integrate both aspects into my career. The desire to become a criminal attorney started when I was just 16 years old receiving my first speeding ticket. I was sentenced to teen court where I was required to serve on a jury; this is what lit my fire. Once this sparked, I started looking into how to learn more about this so I started to sit in on some criminal and civil trials. Once I grew up more and began college, I realized this is the career path I really want to purse. During my time in college and post college, I have interned at two high powered law firms reinforcing my drive. The value of these activities provided me insight on the day-to-day operations of a successful law practice in addition to the temperament required. Born and raised in the great state of Texas, I moved to Colorado to continue my education. I have a passion for the mountains, fishing, and anything outdoors.I value education and learning; therefore, I have desires to attend Law school and further my education.
