My career journey so far includes numerous projects using a variety of technologies. Some of my more recent work includes:- Implement AWS accounts and infrastructure using best practice production grade setup as Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).- Re-writing portions of legacy system into cloud-based solutions implementing AWS services such as SQS, SNS, S3, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, etc, focusing on security, reliability, performance and cost management.- Revised, modularized and updated old code base to modern development standards, reducing maintenance overhead and improving functionality.- Reviewed project specifications and designed both on-premise and cloud-based solutions.- Successfully delivered data migration from Azure SQL Database to Amazon Aurora (MySql).- Built messaging solution enabling 2-way communication via texting, email and web sockets with API's to provide messaging automation from core systems such as appointment bookings, reminders, A/R statements, etc.- Implemented APIs for our own systems and partners using NodeJS, AWS Elastic Beanstalk and API Gateway, documented using Swagger.Some of my other work includes database design (SQL & NoSql) and migration. B2B integration with various OEMs using C#.
