Overall P&L responsibility for a $1.5B annual revenue stream and manage to a 41% EBITDA target. Currently performing at 97% of annual revenue plan and 116% of EBIT targets. The team consists of over 125 directs account managers, and several engineer and strategic overlay support organizations. This organization manages over 15K active billers and over 32K assigned accounts. In 2012, Gov Ed finished the year at 98.2% of the revenue plan and 99.4% of the EBIT targets in its first formal year in a P&L environment. – Group President -Global Strategic Services - February 2009 – March 2012Responsibilities include the overall vision, implementation and global delivery of Verizon’s transformation into a solutions based company. I currently manage three global functions with over 2000 employees and $7B in annualized revenue.(Global Consulting, Strategic Services sales & Global Solutions Architects). In addition, the consulting organization drives the global implementation of vertical solutions and strategies into the core business.
