In my career, I have been fortunate enough to offer my leadership and strategic focus through several challenging times, including the acquisition of Monsanto Company by Bayer. During the acquisition, I led my team of nearly 100 individuals through the integration process into the new business climate with Bayer.Over the last several years, I have led my team through a transformation with the implementation of a production system, which incorporates lean manufacturing principles and a culture of employee empowerment. This has enabled me to champion change management and set up our team to reach new levels of efficiency and production.As a start a new chapter in my career with Hertz Farm Management, I new have the chance to make a difference for farmers and landowners, helping them to be successful and accomplish their goals.Along with contributing my leadership skills to my professional role, I also firmly believe in helping grow the communities where I call home. My volunteer experience on the Board of the DeKalb County Economic Development Corporation has allowed me to offer strategic guidance with economic growth opportunities for DeKalb County, its business owners, and residents.
