• Update clients’ website and blog content using various platforms including Joomla, WordPress and Dreamweaver• Update and edit text, photos, graphics and videos using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite• Update headlines, captions, keywords, and tags• Manage Google Alerts and notify clients of both positive and negative postings• Configure and maintain clients’ social media accounts using a variety of tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Eventbrite, YouTube and Twitter• Collaborate to plan, create and implement various custom email campaigns that fall within client expectations and brand guidelines primarily using Mailchimp and sometimes Constant Contact• Research projects and collect necessary materials to complete them• Work with the team to keep necessary records such as compliance reports and analytics• Review Google Analytics reports and make recommendations on improvements• Handle routine projects, often on a quick turnaround basis• Adhere strictly to established deadlines and procedures to ensure compliance standards are met• Ensure continuity among the client company’s external and internal communications• Complete in-house social media projects and other marketing tasks as required• Edit client video blogs using various editing platforms
