Major Activities-Meet and then exceed sales targets; achieve maximum sales in assigned territory.-Increase market share by calling on a large group of diverse Realtors and real estate companies to promote and sell First American Title, communicates special programs, present marketing/advertising programs and new products, prepare and conduct Realtor training and educational seminars, collect competitive information, handle and resolve problems and complaints.-Target "A, B, and C" accounts by present and potential dollars of revenues/profits, cost to sell and service, and probability of success.-Have knowledge of and sell all of First American's products offerings, but concentrate on escrow service, relationship building and value added selling.-Conduct customer education and product information meetings.-Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and competitive offerings. Identify key staff from competition for First American to recruit. -Work to build strong and effective relationships with the Branch Manager and escrow staff.Time Management-Utilize technology to maximize time efficiency.-Maximize percent of time in front of customers.-Use property research as a contact for smaller accounts.-minimize travel time.Call on accounts in clusters/areas. Work on section of territory each day. Self-Organization-Plan each day, week, and month.-Plan each call.-Dress neatly and in accordance with company policy.-Present professional image.-After each call fill in customer profile and daily planner.Administrative-Maintain customer profiles and customer file.-Summit the following in a timely manner: weekly planner/call reports, sales plans, monthly commission and expense reports.-Communicate competitive information to your state sales manager.-Analyzing/monitoring data and reports.
