• Responsible for Continuous Improvement at two warehouse facilities – in Wilmington Delaware and Savannah Georgia.• Responsible for providing work study and time study training at warehouse to enable to bring loss time to a minimum and to improve working procedures to insure best workflow practices.• Responsible for biannual physical inventory at 3 warehouses to keep a running real time inventory.• Scheduling production at the warehouse in conjunction with the Logistics Department to insure on time deliveries and authorize overtime as necessary.

• Held two positions at US Liner that was responsible for three different facilities – Harmony, Cranberry and Zelienople.• In the Recycle Manager position I was responsible for the day to day operations of the grind room facility – which included daily inventory control, managing personnel, daily reporting of production numbers, and all related safety compliance.• As Recycle Manager I was responsible for all outside grind Vendors – which included delivery of laminate scrap to vendors, coordination of production schedules with vendors to meet in house demand, scheduling trucks for delivery to and from our facility using the best method possible, and quality control of incoming grind to meet specifications.• As Inventory Control Manager I was responsible for inventory at the three locations which included all consumables, grind, pellets, and scrap material for extrusion and lamination.• During my time as Inventory Control Manager I instituted a weekly cycle count for lamination scatter, and extrusion pellets and polypropylene which was starting to reduce the amount of waste being generated.• In my short time as Inventory Control and Recycle Manager I was able to eliminate all the extruded tape scrap at one facility, was starting to remove trailers at an outside facility which were being used at a considerable cost, and was within 2-3 % on all cycle counts for inventory purposes.

• As Plant Manager my responsibilities include the day to day activities of the production facility, warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory control, maintenance, quality control, and adherence of all company policies including EH&S. • The responsibilities of the production facility include all scheduling of product to be assembled to insure on time delivery. Developed and instituted a monthly preventative maintenance program, including procedures, drawings of related machinery and schedule of when maintenance is to be performed by myself or the maintenance helper

• As Plant Manager I was responsible for all aspects of production including scheduling of incoming and outgoing shipments, scheduling of plant production personnel in the manufacturing and batch processing areas, setting up a preventative maintenance program, training of production and batching personnel on all equipment including safety instructions, and all related paperwork. • As plant manager I was also responsible for all warehousing procedures for incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods. • In my time as plant manager I facilitated a large expansion of both the production area and the satellite warehouse.

• As Quality Control Technician at the Neville Island Plant, responsibilities included the quality control of raw materials and in-process products, including all statistical quality control (SQC) and statistical process control (SPC). • I was also trained in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Plant manager responsibilities include oversight of shipping and receiving internationally and domestically, supervising union production personnel and operations, and completing all related paperwork such as bill of ladings, commercial invoices, receiving reports, drum tally sheets, and completion of batch cards. • I was also responsible for monthly cycle counts and year-end inventory of the entire facility.
