Primary point of contact for global airline customers and field service team on technical issues supporting worldwide fleet of auxiliary power units installed on the Airbus A320 family of aircraft, liaising with cross-functional program team, engineering, product support organization, sales and marketing, and management. Acted as aftermarket program manager directing cross-functional teams during development, test and implementation of product improvements.

Supervised group of 6 engineers, performing reliability, maintainability, and safety engineering functions for aftermarket in support of all fielded auxiliary power unit product lines. Encompassed collecting, analyzing, and providing metrics for tracking product reliability performance, preparation of in-service activity report communicated to customers, providing engineering direction towards product improvements, performing maintainability analyses, presenting at maintenance steering group meetings, and providing analysis in support of product safety board.
