Performed duties of coach and manager for teams. Player agent role for league required managing of all players, schedules, and communications for the league utilizing Little League of America guidlines. During my service department exposure, I was responsible for analyzing dealer networks warranty claims to develop failure trends. This would require statistical and graphical depiction of information to be presented to Harley-Davidson Motor Co. management and engineers to develop corrective actions. This analysis led to the implementation of the electronic Dealer Audit application to act as an early warning device to production and warranty issues. The software package Statistical Analysis System (SAS) was installed to process the large numbers. I was responsible for maintaining and programming with this corporately licensed application. This corporately licensed application also made it possible to view and analyze the Harley-Davidson Motor Co. JD Powers customer survey information. Statistical and graphical output for review was performed. Work was also performed outside the service group to include engineering analysis. All the current issues related to customer failures were analyzed to develop an engineering top eighty issues list. This list would define the criteria for which engineer would be monitored in the early stages of compensation. All of the above information allowed for summary graphics and statistics for Dealer Show presentations. Information and graphical knowledge was used to participate in executive budget meetings. Slide shows would be developed to allow for executive for Harley-Davidson Motor Co. to adjust budgets and corporate accounts.I received training in administration of Novell 4.1 services for network access. This server was very important to Harley-Davidson Motor Co. as it was the first Novell 4.1 server in the organization. This server would house the corporate tree structure that would define future network access. This server was responsible for housing all the Technical Service Writers service manuals, photo’s, instruction sheets, and Macintosh/Apple computers access to the network.

Aissstant Starter/Flagman for the Badger Midget Racing Association. Duties included track control and driver safety. Some role playing was included where I was the Starter/Flagman at events. 2 facilities were utilized under this group (Angel Park Speedway & Beaver Dam Speedway)

I was nominated to participate in the Student Advisory Board for the School of Consumer Economics and Family Managment Advanced Technicals Studies college at Southern Illinois University. Responsibilities included establishing graduations credentials. Student liason for enrolled students.
