Troy is co-chair of the Private Business division. He provides counsel to publicly traded and privately-held businesses, including the owners and entrepreneurs connected with those businesses, assisting them with a broad range of corporate, general business and tax matters. He has extensive and specialized experience in general corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, construction law issues, retirement plans, executive and deferred compensation arrangements, employee benefit matters, securities matters, succession planning and regulatory compliance matters. Troy serves as ongoing corporate counsel to his clients, assisting and advising them with mergers and other business combinations, joint ventures and other strategic business alliances throughout the United States in a broad range of industries including, in particular, companies involved in nationwide product distributions, health care and safety related products and construction projects.
