As a Customer Experience Manager (CXM) I am a member of the store leadership and management team, overseeing execution of store standards across the entire store, including customer service, department readiness, and operational process. CXMs manage all activities required to ensure a safe opening and closing process. I coach associates, address customer service escalations, and perform Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities to ensure a smooth customer flow and that all customers enjoy the best possible shopping experience.

The Customer Experience Manager leads and mentors a branch team by showcasing exceptional experiences in every customer interaction and achieving operational excellence, and personal development objectives. It is a role on the front line and linking to the backbone of the retail bank's operational and financial key performance indicators.
