In 1999, I was placed in charge of managing all areas of one of our communities, including sales, marketing, home building, construction management, club operations, and the owners association. I led construction of a 40,000-square-foot clubhouse and brought in more than $150 million in sales.While managing that golf community, I helped create and operate a luxury home building company. We built 65 homes that offered thousands of personalized design options for buyers, which they selected through an app that I developed.
