One of my great passions was learning to fly. Back in my early years, I decided to pursue my dream to get certified - all the way to commercial pilot. When that dream came true, I was literally on top of the world. Eventually, that dream had to be put on hold for family reasons. However, aviation taught me well in the world of technology that I ventured into. Today, I attribute the great successes I have had as a telecommunications professional to the comprehensive skills developed as an aviator. I do often dream about the what-ifs, but today as a telecommunication professional, it is the cloud that I fly in. As a teacher once told me, all that we learn can always be applied to the path we are led to.
