I managed a $95M project throughout its lifecycle – from creating Request for Proposals (RFP), reviewing competitive bids, awarding contracts, and working with various organizations to develop the premier weapons training program. As the Subject Matter Expert for weapon simulations, I wrote the doctrine and training philosophy that was used throughout the Army (which later was adopted by the USMC and ARNG).In 2001, Operation Enduring Freedom, I returned to Active Duty and served as a Plans and Operations Officer for all US based forces (FORSCOM). I developed the Force Management System that assigned, deployed, tracked, and re-deployed hundreds of units assigned to support OEF and later OIF.In 2003, I served as the Operations Officer for 10th Mountain Military Police Battalion and Combined Joint Task Force 180 in Afghanistan.
