Annual sales are approximately $40,000,000.; Supervise Accounts Payable department that consists of one associate and one data entry person.Create department standards and processes and train employees on how to follow through.Provide additional training on the accounting software and GAAP standards.Supervise Corporate Store Accounting department which consists of two employees who provide accounting for 17 stores in three (3) different states and five (5) countries.Work with employees to verify that monthly financial statements are accurate and issued on a timely basis.Work with employees to make sure that all Monthly, Quarterly and annual reports and tax returns are filed on a timely basis.Maintain all the quarterly and annual budgets for all 17 stores and work with Regional Sales Managers to update budgets as needed.Review all leases for corporately owned or managed stores and corporate offices and warehouses.Make recommendations on parts to add to help limit the companies cost and potential liabilities.Perform the month end close processes for three different corporate entities.File all monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns and commission/royalty reports to Independent sales representatives and outside companies, including NASCAR and Disney.Oversee the annual budget process for the three corporate entities, which include up to 10 different departments in each entity. Also oversee the budget process for 17 Corporate Stores.Work with Controller on Cash Management and assist with managing of the Accounts Receivable department.Provide training to Accounts Receivable associates as needed.Oversee all general liability policies for both Corporate and store accounts.Provide other needed department and company duties.

Supervised team of 15-20 agents.Reviewed agent performance and provided additional training to provide a high degree of customer service.Assist customers that required additional assistance.
