Manage busy dental practice on Madison's East Side (4793 Hayes Rd). The practice has two full-time dentists, four hygienist, and a staff of 7. Specialize in dental benefits processing and customer service.

Responsible for marketing, business development, and admissions for a new 58-bed Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) in Madison (Select Specialty Hospital). Continuously developing business relationships with physicians, case managers, social workers, and administrators from the local hospitals (UW, St. Mary's, and Meriter).

Directed all registration and scheduling functions for the health center. Worked directly with clinical staff and providers to ensure that all clinic functions were well organized and efficient. Oversaw recruitment for entire registration department ensuring staff was well trained and confident in their positions. Designed and implemented systems as needed including new training processes, a new call center, and the ability for the organization to fully utilize the integrated patient and business services software (Epic) to its capacity.

Operated one of the organization’s highest volume stores in the city with revenues over $6 million. With approximately 2200-2500 customers per day, and a staff of 12, constant problem solving and handling difficult situations became routine.

Responsible for all aspects of business operation for a small start up company based in Madison. Focused on door to door sales of gourmet steak, chicken, and seafood (similar to the Schwann's company). Duties included: recruitment of independent contractors, marketing, advertising, customer service, inventory control, accounting, sales management, and fleet management.

Manage registration and front desk teams at the downtown Internal Medicine locations, ensuring that all patient flow activities were well functioning. Supervisor for a staff of 25 that included duties such as: scheduling, payroll, human resources, training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
