As the the technical founder and VP of Technology for Alliance Health Networks, Troy Oldroyd assembled and manages an expert team of developers building technologies that have led the company to be one the leading innovative social health platforms in online consumer health today. The core application in this platform is the scalable health social networking application “Connect,” which currently operates over 55 condition-based social network sites that includes DiabeticConnect.com, the world’s largest social network for the diabetic community. This technology also includes the company’s lead management system “LMS,” next generation health ad serving engine “The Awesome Engine” and the SaaS patient acquisition manager “PAM”. Troy also leads the mobile development effort, which includes 22 native applications for both iOS and Android. This web and mobile health platform has been a chosen solution by Mayo Clinic and currently powers their online health community.

Troy took media revenues from six million to 60 million within 18 months as the chief technology architect for Datamark, an internet marketing company for education. As the Director of Interactive Technology, he developed and managed the company's principal lead generation software and hardware streamlining and qualifying the sale of millions of marketing leads; technology which is still in use today.

As the Director of Interactive for Blain Olsen White Gurr Advertising, Troy developed marketing web technologies for companies such as 3M, 3Com, Novell, Telcordia and Micron. Troy’s influence on the agency’s business system assisted BOWG in being named one of the fastest growing companies by Inc. Magazine.
