For more than 15 years I have established myself as an accomplished sales leader in the pharmaceutical industry. My dynamic experience and client focused approach have led to a successful track record in expanding market share and accelerating revenue for innovative new products. Over the last 5 years, I have been charged with turning around underperforming markets as well as establishing a sales organization and commercialization plan for new product launches. Upon joining Radius in 2016, I guided the full pre commercialization process for the launch of TYMLOS. In addition to leading talent acquisition and hiring for the sales team, I also created a comprehensive onboarding plan to maximize performance and reduce ramp up time, allowing for immediate impact. In 2020, after achieving Circle of Excellence in 2019, I was promoted to Regional Business Director where I lead a team of up to 12 sales reps. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and implementing strong professional development plans, I have created a pipeline of internal leaders and won the 2020 Peer Culture Award. With an emphasis on individualized coaching, our team has consistently elevated performance and improved productivity year over year. Additionally, I have a strong background in delivering effective sales trainings that promote excellence in the field.
