About Troy Holland

For more than 15 years I have established myself as an accomplished sales leader in the pharmaceutical industry. My dynamic experience and client focused approach have led to a successful track record in expanding market share and accelerating revenue for innovative new products. Over the last 5 years, I have been charged with turning around underperforming markets as well as establishing a sales organization and commercialization plan for new product launches. Upon joining Radius in 2016, I guided the full pre commercialization process for the launch of TYMLOS. In addition to leading talent acquisition and hiring for the sales team, I also created a comprehensive onboarding plan to maximize performance and reduce ramp up time, allowing for immediate impact. In 2020, after achieving Circle of Excellence in 2019, I was promoted to Regional Business Director where I lead a team of up to 12 sales reps. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and implementing strong professional development plans, I have created a pipeline of internal leaders and won the 2020 Peer Culture Award. With an emphasis on individualized coaching, our team has consistently elevated performance and improved productivity year over year. Under my leadership, I have contributed to the promotion of 4 field reps and achieved the lowest negative turnover since the launch of a company. Additionally, as an individual contributor, I consulted closely with clients to position products in alignment with their individual challenges.
