Customer and Network DeliveryPosition is responsible for making accurate order entry keying of network orders into the Sprint Enterprise systems (FMS.TBS and FACTS). This position works closely with Project Managers and other internal organizations to create solutions for the changing demands. This position utilizes a variety of internal systems and tools. Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all order types and negotiated projects as defined by management. Provide escalation support for out of service conditions. Manage and process expedited orders within defined timeframes. Open trouble tickets as necessary to resolve system issues. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reporting. Complete rework activities in a timely manner. Provide root cause analysis for errors and out of service conditions. Recommend and implement process improvement activities. Perform order quality audits within defined parameters. Provide SME level support and ownership for tools and processes within 6 months of hire. Interface with Account teams and service providers.

Managing Sprint's voice over IP network. Building translations for rate centers in Time Warner Cable, Mediacom, Suddenlink, and Wave Broadband markets. Proposed and implemented solutions during critical network outages.Supporting and managing restoration activities during network outages. Has always worked with a sense of urgency and purpose with intent to lower Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).

Voice Network ImplementationHelps coordinate implementation, optimization, and operation of the Class 5 NGVN network including procurement, installation, configuration, and management. Provides ongoing information to management, customers, and peers regarding enhancement and innovations. Conducts routine network operations activities, including translations and other duties involved with the preparation needed prior to installation or the tracking and analysis of network elements. Troubleshoots highly complex problems and recommends a definite solution. Work on projects involving multiple cable partners including, Time Warner Cable, Mediacom, Sudden link and Wave Broadband. Work with limited supervision. This position is a key contributor towards team goals. The work performed is critical to the project and team success. The position would help to provide direction to lower level employees and makes a considerable impact on work unit.

Troubleshoot Sprint cell sites by using tools such as REACT, to try to keep network working at all times. Work with both local switch techs and field techs on making sure the network stays put. Monitor over 22,000 different levels of alarms while making sure customers have clear digital calls through out the large Sprint Wireless network.

Interpreted data from various tools and services to identify potential, as well as imminent outages or service impairments. Proposed and implemented solutions during critical network outages. Supported and managed restoration activities during network outages. Worked with a sense of urgency and purpose with intent to lower Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Worked closely with a number Federal and law enforcement agencies. Worked closely with market, and local exchange carrier operations to ensure minimum MTTR. Assisted in training junior analysts.

Supervised, operated, installed, troubleshot, and repaired a multi-channeled line-of-site communications system for a ready-to-deploy PATRIOT missile battalion. Kept account and recorded daily all encrypted equipment and devices on status sheets. Performed daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on communication systems, power generators, and wheeled vehicles.

Operated and maintained analog/digital radio equipment in support of a rapid deployed Patriot Air Defense Artillery unit. Also maintained several 5 Ton vehicles and 30k generators vital to the unit's missions.

Supervised and operated office equipment including personal network computers, personal computer printers, copier machines, fax machines, and typewriters. Typed daily personnel status reports, awards, memorandums, and orders implemented by the commander to be distributed among the company. Filed personnel, company, and battalion files, as well as, keeping updates on these files. Daily, weekly and monthly maintenance on two wheeled vehicles, a power generator and all communication equipment for the battery commander were made. Helped set up training office during rotation to Southwest Asia and trained two soldiers in office management.
